S2mart is currently operates in our retail store which is BBS Mart located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. Our service is available in Seremban, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi and Bandar Baru Nilai. Soon, we will expand our delivery business in other areas and other cities too.
This is simple. All you need to do is start adding the items you want into your cart! No need to register for an account with us! (But trust us, there are many perks if you do!)
No, you can shop with us even if you do not have a registered account.
Go to the Login page and click on Forgot Password. Please enter your email address in the field provided. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you entered shortly.
All your personal details are kept under your account settings. To edit your existing details (eg. address or mobile no.), simply sign in and click on My Account (at the top right hand corner of the page). We will display all your personal details. Type your new details and click Confirm.
Yes, our website has desktop version and mobile version too. We do not have a mobile app at the moment.
Our wide range of products includes basic grocery items such as rice, pasta, condiments, canned food, and dried food. We also carry a variety of beverages, dairy, household products, stationery and basic apparel.
At the moment, we do offer fresh produce like fruits and vegetables but we are working hard to feature more items like meat and seafood in the coming year.
We deliver to Seremban, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Bandar Baru Nilai. If we’re not serving your area now, please take the time to express your interest in the service and tell us what part of Nilai or Seremban via WhatsApp at +60127009393. This will help us determine where we need to expand next.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders can only be placed through our website and our service is available in Seremban, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi and Bandar Baru Nilai. We do not accept orders over the phone. Otherwise, you can visit our store at Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
There is no minimum order value. However, we do charge a small delivery fee of RM10 if your order falls below RM100.
For orders of RM100 and above, delivery is free. However, we do charge a small fee of RM10 if your order falls below RM100.
When you have successfully completed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail as your spam filter may detect it as spam.
Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be changed. But you may still cancel your order more than 2 hours from your preferred delivery time. Simply drop us an email at support@s2mart.my or call 0127009393 and we will try our best to assist you.
Our deliveries are available daily on Mondays to Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Do not hesitate to make your order even on Public Holidays. Please refer to the top of checkout page for more information.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a slip letting you know what time they arrived, and asking you to contact the number provided on the slip. Please contact us straight away when you receive the slip. *NOTE: There will be a delivery charge of RM10 should you miss your delivery. If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Soon, we will accept Debit card, Credit card VISA card, and MasterCard too.
